Shout-outs and Tums

Still recording my book today- and tomorrow.
My book makes me cry, I think re-reading and living
all those memories have been hard.
I come home exhausted, then I usually take a few Tums.
I sit inside a little recording area and read all day, and I think my body is not used to sitting around and therefore, I am very prone to whatever it is that makes me need Tums.

Also, re-reading my book I am reminded of some very wonderful
people and places particularity the peeps in Arizona.
